Deleting table/leave words

I converted a document to word from omni page. Everything is fine except it
puts columns in a table.

Is there a way to delete the table and leave the words in place? I have
tried to convert table to words, but it shifts everything over to the left
if I use the tab option.
The other options don't work any better.

If you want to maintain the table layout, you will need to set specific tab
stops where you want the columns. See
