Deleting the white edge around the background in color prints

Help..I make brochures for agents and there is always a white border when I
put in a fill background. How can I delete it?
The other problem is when I have two of the same document on one page, there
is no white border in the center.. when I cut it so it does not look like a
frame. If I must have a white border I'd like it even.

Are you using your own printer versus a commercial printer for your brochure?
The white space is your printer's limitation. If the right margin (landscaped) is .5
then in arrange, make all your margins .5.
Open WordPad, file, page layout, input zero into each of the margins, WordPad will
default to your printer's margin default.
If you have 2 identical documents on a page, setup your page as 5.5 x
8.5.(Landscape). Publisher will print it correctly. This way you won't have the
problem with margin differences. Strike a faint line on the right edge.

Should say "strike a faint line on the left edge." I have painted a large "L" on my
left hand...

Hey, David, no one would accuse you of having Old Timers Disease... I converted some
old Publisher documents for a lady in Australia, she sends me inspirational
PowerPoint presentations about once a week with music and poetry and bible verses. I
haven't the heart to tell her "no." I should give her your name so she can set you on
the right path...

Mary I can understand, but I do tell people - no.
Tell the lady you are going away and collect your e-mail by mobile phone and
you cannot accept attachments.
I loathe people forwarding me jokes and garbage/rubbish/trash whatever that
is not legitimate e-mail.
