In the place where you save them to, its just the name but I don't know how
to get it deleted how can I do that, and why is it so difficult?

After you select it, you press the Delete key.

That didn't work either because I got the file deleted so when you select it
says can't find, its the name of the file I can't get rid of

If you are actually talking about the Recently Used Files listing, then
you will go to Options and change the number of files shown to less than
the location where the deleted file is listed. OR open more files until
the missing one is pushed off the list.

Are you talking about Word? Office is not a program, it's a general term for
a collection of software.
