Delivering on behalf of <username>

A couple times I have seen the message "Delivering workspace on behalf of
<username>" and the workspace being downloaded from my computer. Usually
it's on my laptop account delivering on behalf of the account that I use on
my desktop computer. I'm fine with one of my computers delivering a
workspace on behalf of another, but all of the other workspace members are
clients and I'd rather they didn't see this message / get used for downloads.

Can you please tell me:
1) What causes this -- why does it decide to deliver from another computer
rather than the one the invite was sent from?
2) How does it decide which other machine to download it from (only managers
maybe?)
3) Is there any way to control this / keep it from happening?

We're using Groove 2007.

Thanks,
Laura

Hi Laura,

This message comes from a member of the space fetching that space from your
computer. For instance if they lose their account and have to restore it,
they can choose to fetch their spaces from another member. In this case you
are the account the user is choosing to fetch the space from. The only way
to stop this is to ask space members not to do this.
