Win XP, Office/Outlook 2003. Very familiar with how to request delivery &/or
read receipts which worked perfectly until we had a problem with both Windows
Update & Office Update. Changes were made to both policies and services to
that. Then receipts stopped working. Detect & repair restored READ receipts
but NOT delivery receipts. Messages sent to ourselves do not return a
delivery receipt.
THE PROBLEM IS NOT WITH SOMEONE'S SYSTEM OR ISP BLOCKING THEM.
IT APPEARS TO BE SOME SETTING THAT WAS CHANGED. Regards
