Delivery Problem

We just upgraded to Exchange 2007. For some reason, we got the error
message "Delivery to these recipients or distribution lists is complete, but
delivery notification was not sent by the destination:". Part of this
error message also came with the Chinese characters. The error comes from
Outlook 2002 (SP3) and only occurs from the external email system. Do you
have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Thanks.

I suspect that Jill has solved it in the nearly 2 years that have passed
since she posted. But pointing everyone away from the "eggheadcafe"
certainly is a good thing.
