Delivery receipt in Outlook use to work, stopped working.

Does anyone know a solution to get the delivery receipt option to work? I
enjoyed using it sometimes and for some reason it is not working any longer.

Delivery receipts are returned by the smtp server the recipient uses,
outlook doesn't have anything to do with them, except requesting them.

The receiving mail host decides whether or not it will respond to a
request to send a delivery receipt. All you can do it make a *request*.
You can't demand any mail host to send you a delivery receipt. Rare few
mail hosts bother with delivery receipts (positive feedback). The lack
of getting back a non-delivery report (lack of negative feedback) is the
positive feedback.
