There are lots of reasons to get what you received and the text of the
message should indicate what action the e-mail server has taken or will take
if something doesn't happen. You would have to post the text that Outlook
is showing (and possibly the text from text file attachment if one was
included) in order for a peer to give you a better idea of what transpired.
