Dependant dropdown

I have a dropdown that list countrys and would like a second dropdown
populated with citys depending on the country chosen. I cannot find a
tutorial anywhere?

Any help appreciated.

Boy, I have seen a demo sheet on this and now I can't find it, I was
sure it was in J-Walk website but I can no longer find it, it would
