I am operating in an evironment running all XP SP2 clients and W2K3 server no
Exchange server all clients on same Office XP Professional (retail).
I have copied the entire CD (compressed) to my server and extracted the
enterprise setup to that same folder. I want to roll out (an OU at a time)
the Office (including Outlook 2003) with SP2 already included (if possible).
Can I just copy the files from the SP2 CD to the same folder as the Microsoft
Office Professional Enterprise Edition 2003 (Office11 on my PDC which is not
an /a administrative install per se so that I can have the files on the
client machine for repair purposes) and overwrite all files or does the SP2
have to be deployed after the main Office Pro Ent deployment?
