Operating System : Windows Server 2008 R2

Project Server 2007

Sharepoint Server : MOSS 2007

Problem when accessing the project center:

There are no projects to view in Project Center. This is because you might
not have permissions on any projects or no projects are published.

And the Resource Center :
There are either no resources to display for this view or you do not have
permissions to view resources.

All permissions are correct and users have been setup. Projects have also
been setup and appear in MS project professional edition but not in the
project web access.

1) Have projects been published?
2) How do you know security is set correctly? Have you run the View Effective
Rights Tool on the server to confirm that?
3) Do you have an RBS configured?
4) Do you have filters configured in the Project Center view?
5) Can the Admin account see resources in the Resource Center?

There're a lot of potential issues. I would start with publishing a project
to see if it shows up. If it still doesn't, I'd try the View Effective Rights
Tool to see if security really is configured properly.
