Deploying Database

I am working on my first Access Database. To let users start using it,
is it best to put the file on a networked drive and then put shortcuts
to it on the users pc's? Is there another or better way to alow users
access to the database?

To reduce the possibility of corruptions, you should split the database
application to Front-End and Back-End, especially for a multi-user database.
