Deploying Office 2007 Compatibility Pack with SP1

Hi to all,

My current environment has office 2003 deployed. We received a request to
deploy the 2007 compatibility pack.

I will be deploying the pack by GPO, testing worked correctly.
My question now is how can I integrate the SP1 (MSP) for the compatibility
pack into the MSI?

If I execute the following command will it apply the new files to the MSI so
that I can deploy it in production, without going throught WSUS or doing it
through a logging script?
msiexec /p {patch package} /a {msi package}
