Deploying Sp1 for Office2003

I have 130 XP workstations running Office 2003 in an NT4 domain.

I want to apply SP1 the best way and have found ohotfix to be a good solution - if I worked.

I appears that Microsoft forgot that not everybody have given users administrative rights to install.

How would you apply SP1 and future hotifxes and service packs with my conditions?
