deployment probs for excel addin

I developed an excel addin and it works on the development box. The addin creates 2 buttons under tools menu. However, when the addin is deployed on the client machine the buttons do not show.

Any help would be appreciated

Thank you Girish for posting back. I see a lot of more or less similar Qs
on com add-ins deployment, com add-ins suddenly stop running, etc. Adding
