Descriptive Statistics + Logarithmic Graphs

I would like some one to point out to me how to access the
descriptive stats function of excel

also could somebody tel me if it is possible to get a two
cyyclic logarithmic graph. I know that a logarithmic graph
is possible but am trying to get it in two cycles.
