Deselect items in Pivot Table

Hello Everyone,

I have pivot table with a list of about 200 diferent items
and I only need to see 5 at the time.
Does anybody know how to deselect all items at once in a
pivot table drop down field? I use Excel 2000

Debra Dalgleish has some code that will do that for you:-

This will deselect all items except the last. There is also a piece of code to
do the opposite.

Microsoft should do something about this feature...or lack
of. It is annoying don't you think?
