Design Concept Question

I have a subform that displays phone numbers and what phone number type it is

IE: Fax, Pager, Toll Free, etc, etc.

I would like to have a field header that when clicked will sort the field
asending or decending based on the last click.

I would also like to be able to grab the header, move it left or right, and
and have it display in the smae place the next time the form is loaded.

Is there some type of control than can be used to accompish this?
