Design form dialogs "Look in" Drop down list is a mile long.

On my home computer, when I click Design form the dialog that comes up allows
me to choose which library I want to use via the "Look in" drop down list.
That list has 5 items at the most.
On my work computer (Which I just inherited from the previous occupant of my
position) when I click the drop down list, there must be literally Hundreds
of items. Some with //folder/location address so long I cant decipher them.
Now I what to clean this list up. My organisation uses a total of 3 forms
right now and they want me to modify them. How can I clean this list up. I
have tried to clear the cache but thats not it.

It's probably in the registry somewhere. That's where other Outlook MRU lists are kept. You might need to take before-and-after snapshots to find it.

I thought of that too, so I did a search in the registry for one of the form
names. Unfortunately they are not there. Could outlook be storing the form
names ans locations on an Exchange server?

You won't find it by searching, because MRU lists are always binary values. It should be easy enough to test whether it's tied to the profile or the mailbox by logging onto the same mailbox from a different machine.
