Design mode activates after save

Hello,

I just created a Template form an deveryhting works fine,
I cann fill in the forms, click on the boxes etc.
BUT, as soon as I save and reopen the document esign mode
is automatically selected and I cannot do any changes in
the text. I have to unprotect the document and then
unselect Design mode, just then I can change th eText I
added in the forms.

does anybody have an idea why Design mode automatically
activates itself after saving and reopening the document.

Hi, John,

If you used any of the objects on the Control Toolbox toolbar or added
macro code, and if you have your macro security level set to high, the
document will always open in design mode.

Go to Tools > Macro > Security and set the level to Medium. Now, when
you open the document, you'll be asked whether to disable or enable
macros. Enable them to open the document without design mode.

If your template is stored in the standard template folder (as listed
in Tools > Options > Folder Locations), you should go to the second
tab of the Security dialog and check "Trust all installed add-ins and
templates". That should avoid the whole problem.

thanks a lot. I would not have thougt about looking into
the options of the macros.

It now works, but even if I had chosen "Trust all
installed add-ins" in the second
option, it still asks me the enable or disable Macros. Is
there another way to trust only the Homemade templates
fully, so it does not ask everytime the macro enable
question?
