Design Templates from Other Countries

How do you get (where do you download) the design templates given by
Microsoft to other languages? For instance, PowerPoint China has different
set of design templates. How can you get those?

I tried looking at the templates page of Office but it's not there.

I've tried looking in the Chinese local website, but it only offers templates
that are extras or add-ons. They aren't the original templates. Do you know
other sites where I can download the Microsoft PowerPoint China's original
set of design templates?
