Hi,

Would you please show me how to make the toolbox, formatting and report
design tools bars appear?

Some how on the Report design view has only FILE, WINDOWN and HELP. All
other bars are disappeared. Please how me how to get them back.

Could you perhaps be using a .MDE file? Or the runtime version of Access? In
both these cases, all of the design tools are turned off.

If it's a .mdb file and the full version of Access, try opening the database
while holding down the Shift key to bypass startup settings (which may be
changing your toolbars).

In addition to John's suggestions look at the database startup settings.
Maybe a checkbox has been disabled (use built in toolbars etc.)
