Designation is not importing into resource center with resources

I synchronizing project server 2007 with Active Directory.

after synchronization there is one field AD which is designation of the user
.. which is not import into project server .

I want Designation also import into project server with synchronized
resources.

how to do this

Sam:

You would need to write your own sync routine. The built-in synchronization
routine is not extensible.
