Hello all,
Bit of background - I am working on configuring a "dead
letter" mailbox for terminated employees, with all emails
sent to terminated employees forwarded to this mailbox.
I am looking to design a custom form that I could use in
the creation of a custom rule to reply to all senders as
emails come in to inform them that the email address is
no longer valid. My understanding is that I would need
to create a custom form that would grab the smtp address
from the original message and generate a reply event.
Can anyone provide some help here?
