designing database for certification

[Project Coordinator needing help]

I need to design a quiz (using ?) and know that Access is the best way to
store the different quizzes/answers for the company training program. I know
the groupings, and test format. Suggestions?

Take a look at Duane Hookom's "At Your Survey"

I would think it should be modifiable to meet your needs.
