Designing forms

I have read a lot of the threads concerning designing forms and understand it
cannot be done. What is the "Design a Form" command under Tools for? Am I
missing something?

I am researching BCM to advise a business owner about changing from ACT to
BCM and after looking into it I will have to tell him not to. Maybe we'll
wait until version 3 comes out and see what happens. We've got too much
set up in ACT to risk losing it all in BCM.

BCM V3 is available now as a beta. You can get it from the Office Preview
site at http://www.microsoft.com/office/preview

I think you'll find it to be very appealing.

BCM V2 does not support customized forms unless you jump through a few
hoops.
