Desktop Internet Shortcuts bring up Print Menu instead of IE

My Desktop Internet Shortcuts bring up Print Menu instead of IE. How do I
fix it so that when I save an Internet Shortcut to my Desktop that it will
launch the page when clicked instead of the Print Menu?
