can anyone help?
have 2000 pro and have had it for a while with no problems.
this weekend i went to right click the MY COMPUTER icon.
i can still see the contents of the computer but the bar
at the very top (containing, FILE, EDIT, TOOLS, HELP, etc)
is gone and i can't seem to replace it.
found lots of other options by right clicking lower task
bar but this one bar seems to NOT be listed. any
suggestions on how i can get this back would be greatly
appreciated. thanks.
