With an older version, when I wanted to switch from numbered chapters
to lettered Appendices, I used heading 6 in the multilist. Then, to
do the page numbers as A-1, A-2 I tell it use chapter headings and
heading 6.
Now, using an old document in 2007 the page numbers are gibberish.
When I try to re-create then using the old method it tells me no
chapter number exists and to use a multilevel list.
Arrgh! What's the trick here. This document is due out very soon and
instead of working on contenet I'm trying to fix Word-isms resulting
from the upgrade.
