DESPERATE!!!! How Do I add Error Bars?

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I am trying to graph these weird things for my aunt (she is working on a grant, and I am helping out) and she needs error bars and I have no clue how to add them! Please HELP!!

Try right clicking (option-click) on the series, and then select format
series. You should see a choice for error bars.
