I use Outlook 2003 and have several Distribution Lists among my contacts.
One of the options for adding people to the Distribution List is to click
"Select Members".
The middle window within the "Select Members" dialog box has 4 columns:
Name, Display Name, E-mail Address, and E-mail Type. The entries are
alphabetized upon the first column - Name. In the name column the names are
listed first name and then last name. I would much rather they be listed
last name first and alphabetized by that last name (as it is listed in the
"File as" field).
My Question: How can I get this "select members" list to appear
alphabetized on the last name?
