Detail View is missing??

Hello,

When I open Word 2000 on a laptop, and do a file, open; I
am in detail view but do not see any detail?? All I see is
the file names? No dates, no sizes....

Any help would be appreciated.

The Details view is customizable in that you can change the column widths.
It may be that the Name column has been dragged to take up the whole window,
but you may be able to grab the right edge of it and drag it back to the
left.
