Detect and repair removed my Outlook profile????

I ran the detect and repair in MS OneNote 2003 (trial version I downloaded)
thinking it would 'find' a project I was working on and closed out of (not
thinking it would delete it...dah). In doing so I cannot get into my
Outlook. I keep getting a prompt to CREATE A NEW PROFILE. If I hit CANCEL,
then I get an message that says, NO PROFILES HAVE BEEN CREATED. TO CREATE A
NEW PROFILE, USE THE MAIL ICON IN THE CONTROL PANEL. After I hit CANCEL
another message says, CANNOT START MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK. UNABLE TO OPEN
THE OUTLOOK WINDOW. THE SERVER IS NOT AVAILABLE. CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR
IF THIS CONDITION PERSISTS. I hit OK and Outlook does not open.

If I create a profile named OUTLOOK it does not bring up my old INBOX,
CONTACTS, CALENDAR, NOTES, TASKS, etc. How do I get back to normal??????????
I don't know what to name the profile either.

Name the profile anything you want, just configure it to use your old .pst
file.
