detect user activity (mouse hover, click) in the reading pane

Hi,

In the mail header, if user hover over or click the recipent (cc /to),
the name will be highlighted and there will be pop up showing some
info and possible actions.

Those mouse events are not exposed inside the object model. Is there a
way to detect?
