Determine if a nested subform is open?

Hi!

I'm working in Access 97 and would like to determine if a subform that I
have nested is open.

The SysCmd tells me if the main form is open but I have not been able to
deterimine if a subform within it is open, much less a nested one.

Is there a way to do this?
