determine version and SP level

Hi, does anyone know how to determine which version and SP level I
have installed for Visio. I believe that I have Visio 2003 that came
with VS.NET Enterprise Architect, but when I do Help | About it says
v10.0.2705 and (C) 2001 which seems old for Visio 2003.

I'm trying to figure out if I should be installing the Service Release
1 (SR-1) from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...50-3c95-4252-b38e-dbd166b89738&displaylang=en.

I'm looking at the SP because I have a strange bug with the Enterprise
Application stencil (haven't tried others), whereby changing the Fill
Pattern and Transparency of certain shapes (Servers, Server) causes an
incorrect change in the shapes, the document no longer prints
properly, and it spools a 6M print job for a drawing with a single
shape. When I remove the errant shapes the document will sometime
print properly again.

Thanks, John

Hi John, thanks for your reply. If I understand you correctly, the
Visio SR-1 would be appropriate for Visio in VS.NET 2003.

Could you clarify how I would determine ahead of time if I've already
got this SR-1? Since I'm using an MSDN subscription, I'm not sure if
the CD build for the products includes all the SPs / SRs already.

Regards
