Determining when Address field is modified

I'm looking for a tool that will tell when any address field is modified in
a public contacts folder. When an address is changed, the user is supposed
to update the billing database as well, but that's not happening, so I'm
looking for a way to flag someone that an address was changed.

The public folder uses a custom form, but the address fields are not
customized. It's Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2002 and 2003.

Have you tried adding the date Modified field to your view?

Hi Judy - I'm hoping to get notification just when an address is modified.
The contacts get modified frequently, but it's only address changes that we
need to be aware of.
