Detour to the Outbox

When I send mail, it immediately goes to the Outbox and
just sits there. If I click Send/Receive, it then sends
fine.

I just moved my Outlook set up to a different machine.
Everything seems to be working just fine (everything
imported fine), except for this.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
