The 'Developer Tab' is a construct of the Windows Office 2007/2010 Ribbon
UI - It does not exist in Mac Office 2008. Form fields in Mac Office are
available from the Forms Toolbar.

I would go further than Bob: I am not sure that you can create
"Interactive" form fields in Mac Word 2008.

2004, yes. Next version, yes. But 2008? Probably not, depending on what
you need.

I would run Parallels, Windows 7, and a real copy of Word 2010 if you want
to do that kind of thing. That's what I run on my Mac...

Hope this helps
