Developing for IP2003 using IP2007

I am developing an IP 2003 form to be used in SP2003 using IP2007.

Based on the compatibility checker, there are no errors or messages
indicating any incompatibility, but my IP2003 users are unable to open
the form.

Does anyone have any "gotchas" I need to be aware of in order to track
down why this is?

Hello

How did you save the Infopath form in 2007? Did you save it as Infopath 2003
XSN.
Then publish using this 2003 xsn
