Diable Recall option

Since this option seems to cause more problems than it
solves is threr a way to disable it completely?

There might be a way to remove it from the Outlook menu, but frankly, I'd
just make it a training issue & inform users that it isn't reliable, and
best not to use it.

Cyndy,

This can be done via system policy. The commandbar id for "recall this
message" is 2511. Please let me know if you have any questions about how to
get this done via system policy.
