Are you saying that you're exporting reports from Access to Word, and they
don't keep pictures? Unfortunately, that's the way the export to RTF works.
You might take a look at what Stephen Lebans has at

If it's any other scenario (i.e.: if you're not using Access to generate the
Word documents), you'd be better off asking in a newsgroup related to Word.
