Diagrams in Powerpoint 2003

Is there a way to rotate the "arrow diagram" in powerpoint 2003?

Val,
Don't know what you mean exactly with rotating (green button?). But here it
goes anyway. Select your diagram, click copy, choose Edit - Paste Special
and choose picture. Now you can rotate the diagram as a whole.
If you mean you want to alter the position of the arrows, then you can use
buttons in the taskbar Diagram..
