dial contact from the properties in open e-mail, like in 2003

In Outlook 2003 I could highlight the Senders name, right click and choose
dial the phone number to see tehphone number or call with the modem.
I can not find this in Outlook 2007. How do I set this up?

There is Additional Actions, but it is empty.
