I know dial up bites but in some cases necessary. My
scenerio is this, my clients can all dial up with no
problem, they can see the network and can browse the
internet but can't get Outlook to launch and see the
server. I have eliminated ports and the firewall after
rigerous testing. I can ping my exchange server after
dialing up, the PPP adapter is loaded with the correct IP
information, although I am curious if I should see the
router as the default gateway instead of the IP address
assigned to the PPP adapter? So, does anyone have any
good suggestions for trouble shooting this? I have been
over the dial up setting a million ways to Sunday and
nada so far. I've connected with another ISP using my VPN
client and it works great but when I go back to my
standard dial up connection it justs bombs. All help
greatly appreciated
