Dialing numbers using internal modem using vba.

I want to be able to use the internal dial up modem to dial a phone
number and stop it before the handshaking starts. hanging up the modem
manually would be quite easy.

Obviously I will have normal phone connected to the same line to keep
the line open and talk when the person at the other end answers.

I have searched google can't find what I need.

I have done this before with other programs it was relatively easy.

Any ideas.

Thanks looks good I will try it tommorrow.

I am using 64bit Windows 7 I notice that there are a lot of references
to Kernel32 will I need to change that?
