Dialog Box is open?

Every time I open a document in Word 2003 I get the same error saying a dialog box is open and to click ok. How can I fix this problem? Any and all help would be appreciated

If you have Norton Anti Virus, open NAV and disable the Office Plug-in under
advanced options.
