dialog box message on computer start up.

We had to have some computer work done in our office and now have a wierd
problem. On startup of the computer we get two messages:
1. You cannot close Microsoft word because a dialog is active. Switch
to Microsoft Word first and close the dialog.
2. This file contains macros with an expired or revoked signature.
Since you are running un der High Security Level, these macros will be
disabled.
But we do not have word running that we know of.
We can go ahead and work on the computer; however, in one application which
uses Wordmail we again get these messages and cannot send emails though that
program. I have checked with the vendors of the application and they have no
idea what needs to be done. Any suggestions?

If you use Outlook (pre-Office 2007), then Word stays resident. Use Task
Manager to make sure that Word.exe is definitely not running.

If you need more help, please at least tell us which OS and which version of
Office you are using. It is also useful to know which AV you are using too.
