Diarising Events / Callbacks

Hi There,

Access novice here so go easy with me....

I've imported over 10,000 records into my access database and these will all
be called promoting my business. What i want to know is how do i set an
alarm / diary event so that if for example somebody asks me to call them next
week i can diarise it so that it "pops" onto my screen for whenever i have
scheduled the callback?

Use windows scheduler - this is just what it was made for.

I would link to an access macro to check for "stuff" say once a day. You
will need to schedule access to run at various time (when ever you want)

Have a look at this post I made a while ago about using scheduler with an
access macro.
