Diary Appointment Times Wrong

I have a user when he receives diary appointmets (meeting requests) from
other users it put the appointment an hour earlier in his Outlook that the
originators time.

I have checked the systems time at it is correct to how come his outlook is
putting the meetings in at the wrong times?

Are they on Daylight Savings Time? Maybe that box isn't checked.
